Single-portion recipe (ready in 25 minutes)
Lightly coat the tortilla with olive oil on both sides; place on a 12 ‘’ baking sheet. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the tortilla with a tablespoon. Lightly sprinkle the sauce with basil and pepper. Add, in this order: pepperoni, cheese, mushrooms, and bell pepper. Preheat oven to 350F. Bake for 15 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
For a complete meal, accompany with your favourite salad. To serve as a snack or entrée, cut into triangles, and allow the pizzatilla to cool; accompany with olives and raw veggies
